【Financial News Gangneung=Kim Gi-seop Reporter】The '2025 Gyeongpo Summer Festival' is being held at the special stage and central square of Gyeongpo Beach, the best summer resort in the Yeongdong area, creating a vibrant night scene every day.
According to Gangneung City on the 1st, special performances by famous domestic singers and a variety of game programs are being successfully operated so that vacationers visiting Gyeongpo Beach can enjoy the summer night even more.
The 2025 Gyeongpo Summer Festival, which opened on the 29th of last month to coincide with the night opening of the beach, started with an opening concert, attracting about 6,000 visitors on the first day and about 10,000 on the second day, who enjoyed exciting games and performances with enthusiastic responses.
During the day, the longest 130m floating bridge on the East Coast and the Duck Rock diving platform host survival games and photo certification events, and underwater wrestling using seawater, Gyeongpo triathlon, and Legend Table Tennis Challenge are held against the backdrop of the beach.

This event continues until the 4th, with performances by the popular emotional singer-songwriters George and Sol on the 1st, legendary rock bands Crying Nut and The Solutions on the 2nd, top domestic rappers Nucksal and BewhY on the 3rd, and Gyeongseong Club and Greg on the 4th.
Gangneung City is operating a management headquarters and medical booths to monitor the operation status during the festival period, ensuring that all visitors can enjoy the festival safely and happily.
