Korea Expressway Corporation Holds '56-Second Film Contest' to Celebrate 56th Anniversary

[Financial News] Korea Expressway Corporation announced on the 1st that it will hold the '56-Second Highway Film Contest' to commemorate its 56th anniversary this year.
The contest theme is any story related to highways, with no restrictions on format and genre. The video length should be within 56 seconds, and works utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) programs can also be submitted. Anyone interested can participate individually or in teams of up to four people until September 1.
Through judging, △1 team for the Grand Prize (prize money of 3 million won) △2 teams for the Gold Prize (each 1 million won) △3 teams for the Silver Prize (each 600,000 won) △4 teams for the Bronze Prize (each 300,000 won) △5 teams for the Honorable Mention (each 200,000 won), a total of 15 teams will be selected. The total prize money is 9 million won, and the winners will also receive a commendation from the president of Korea Expressway Corporation.
The final results will be announced on the contest website on October 14, and the winning works will be posted on the official YouTube channel of Korea Expressway Corporation.
A representative from Korea Expressway Corporation said, “Highways are spaces within daily life for movement and rest for the public, as well as places where various fields such as construction, maintenance, and service come together. We hope many diverse and creative works will be submitted.”
