[Financial News] Orchestra announced on the 1st that it has selected TomorrowNet as its local partner in Japan and signed a sales contract for its cloud solution in Japan.
The two companies have been verifying technology stability and market response through Proof of Concept (PoC) with Japanese companies since signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) last year.
Through this contract, TomorrowNet has secured the rights to sell Orchestra's server virtualization solution 'Contrabass' and cloud-native operations management platform 'Viola' in Japan. Beyond product supply, they plan to establish a cooperative system covering technical support, local marketing, and customer response, while expanding joint sales with Japanese companies pursuing GPU infrastructure optimization, AI infrastructure construction, and VMware replacement.
In particular, Orchestra plans to strengthen its partnership in Japan based on this contract and enhance its technological capabilities and market credibility through PoC and joint customer projects. They also aim to preemptively respond to the demand for VMware replacement and the cloud transition trend by making Japan a key hub for business expansion in their global strategy.
Kim Beom-jae, CEO of Orchestra, said, "TomorrowNet is closely responding to the demand in the Japanese market by performing PoC optimized for customer operating environments, beyond solution supply," and added, "We will continue to enhance our AI infrastructure technology in line with the trend of generative AI expansion and strengthen our global competitiveness."
