[Financial News] Ruiten Technologies announced on the 1st that it has signed a strategic business partnership agreement with AI semiconductor company FuriosaAI to enhance 'national AI capabilities'.
The two sides agreed on this business partnership with goals such as △enhancing national AI capabilities △building high-performance, high-efficiency inference infrastructure △practical dissemination of AI technology.
Ruiten, which surpassed 5 million monthly active users last year, has the largest number of users among domestic AI service platforms, and Furiosa is emerging as a strong alternative to NVIDIA in the inference field based on its globally recognized core technology.
In particular, Furiosa recently confirmed the supply of its 2nd generation AI inference accelerator 'RNGD (Renegade)' to LG Exaone, accelerating the expansion of global enterprise sales, and Ruiten also completed Series B funding of a total of 108 billion won last March.
Through this business partnership, Ruiten plans to further accelerate the '1 AI per person' distribution nationwide and enhance the service infrastructure to provide high-performance AI services in a more stable environment to a large number of users.
Furiosa aims to contribute to building a competitive inference infrastructure by proving the performance, efficiency, and versatility of Renegade in Ruiten's actual service environment. The two companies have decided to establish a strategic cooperative relationship and continuously explore and cooperate on business opportunities to achieve these goals.
Furiosa CEO Baek Jun-ho said, “Through this collaboration, we expect to further accelerate the acquisition of national-level AI full-stack competitiveness that can efficiently service large-scale AI services.” Ruiten CEO Lee Se-young said, “Helping all citizens use AI more easily and conveniently has been Ruiten's long-standing goal since its founding,” and added, “To this end, we will continue to collaborate with AI companies in various fields to expand the ecosystem and contribute to strengthening national AI competitiveness.”
