20s Man Arrested for Illegal Filming in Korea University Dormitory Shower

[Financial News] A man in his 20s was caught by the police for secretly filming a female student with a camera in a university dormitory shower.
Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul announced on the 1st that they are investigating a man in his 20s, referred to as Mr. A, on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.
Mr. A is accused of illegally filming a woman in her 20s with a mobile phone in a shower room inside the Korea University dormitory in Seongbuk-gu on July 30th around 6 PM.
Mr. A turned himself in to the police three hours after the crime and admitted to the crime when the police responded to the report. It was reported that illegal footage was found on his mobile phone.
The police plan to conduct forensic analysis on Mr. A's mobile phone to investigate the details of the incident.
