'AI Challenge' held... Discovering experts leading AI-based HR tech innovation
[Financial News] JobKorea announced on the 31st that it is recruiting excellent talents to lead AI-based HR tech innovation and will provide a congratulatory payment of 10 million won to successful candidates. In addition, a nationwide 'AI Challenge' will be held to discover AI talents.
JobKorea is recruiting talents with AI capabilities in 15 positions under the slogan 'READY, SET. AI!' In the data·AI field, the focus is on machine learning (ML), data, large language model (LLM) engineers, and data analyst positions, while in the tech field, they are selecting frontend (FE), backend (BE), app (APP) development, and quality assurance (QA) personnel. In the product division, they are recruiting product managers (PO/PM) and designers (PD), and in the support division, they are recruiting sales planning, business planning, and HR personnel.
Additionally, JobKorea is holding an AI Challenge until August 24, where job-specific problems are solved using AI tools. There are no participation restrictions, and the top 6 performers will receive a total prize of 10 million won along with a 'fast track' benefit that exempts them from the document screening process. Prizes will also be given to 60 participants.
JobKorea is focusing on customized job matching and improving work productivity based on generative AI, organizing a dedicated AI team, and expanding the proportion of development positions to 40%.
Kim Junsu, Head of Value Growth Division (CHRO) at JobKorea, said, "JobKorea is accelerating its transition to an AI-based HR tech company, and this recruitment is a strategic process to secure talents who will lead this change," adding, "We are setting understanding and utilization capabilities of AI as a core criterion in all positions, which will serve as a foundation for changing the overall way of working."
