GS Construction announced on the 31st that the future residential technology experience space Xi Lab, located in the Xi Brand Gallery House Xi in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was selected as a 'Winner' in the brand and communication category of this award.
Xi Lab is a space designed for customers to experience Xi's future-oriented residential philosophy. GS Construction explained that through Xi Lab, they implement 'Calm Tech' technology that precisely tunes the essential elements of life such as sound, air, and light, providing a comfortable and emotional residential environment where residents can live as their 'complete selves'.
GS Construction analyzed that this award was highly evaluated for Xi's unique technological prowess and customer-centered space design philosophy.
Meanwhile, the Red Dot Design Award, which started in 1995, is the world's most prestigious design award held in Germany, and is considered one of the world's top three design awards along with the American IDEA Award and the German iF Design Award.
