[Financial News] JobKorea's recruitment management solution 'Ninehire' announced on the 30th that it has completed beta testing of the 'Applicant Information Collection Automation' feature to reduce the workload of corporate HR managers.
This feature supports the management of applicants' resumes in the Ninehire desktop app without a separate process by linking with major recruitment platforms such as JobKorea, Saramin, and Wanted. The official release is scheduled for August, and it is expected to reduce corporate recruitment work time and prevent human errors.
Ninehire is the No. 1 recruitment management solution (ATS) in Korea, providing comprehensive support for the entire recruitment process, including △recruitment website creation △evaluation by recruitment stage △interview schedule coordination △notification of acceptance or rejection. In particular, it was the first in the industry to introduce a 'no-code-based recruitment workflow automation' feature, significantly reducing recruitment time.
Additionally, it has integrated 25 recruitment services, including AI interviews, aptitude tests, and coding tests. The outbound recruitment automation tool 'TRM Service' was also launched in January this year, attracting attention. In fact, one company that adopted Ninehire evaluated that "the recruitment time was reduced by 80% with the introduction of automation features."
Thanks to these effects, Ninehire recorded achievements such as △40% increase in the number of new client companies △52% growth in monthly recurring revenue △77% increase in the speed of switching from other companies this year.
Ninehire plans to further enhance the convenience of HR managers by expanding the integration of AI. In particular, it plans to continuously expand its technology with AI-based recommendation, analysis, and prediction functions by linking with 'LOOP Ai', which was independently developed by JobKorea, to enhance ATS functions.
Seung-Hyun Jeong, the business lead of JobKorea Ninehire, said, "With the service know-how gained from working with over 3,500 companies in Korea, we will continue to evolve as a practical partner that innovates the recruitment paradigm of companies."
