20s Man Rapes Minor in Park at Midnight... Caught by Police Watching CCTV

[Financial News] A man in his 20s who raped a minor in a park in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, was caught by the police patrolling CCTV footage.
According to the police on the 30th, the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station is investigating a man in his 20s, Mr. A, without detention for allegedly raping (statutory rape) a minor under the age of 16 in a park on the early morning of the 24th.
At the time, Mr. A's crime was captured during a real-time video patrol by district office CCTV control center staff and police. Upon receiving a report from the control center, the police immediately dispatched to the scene, separated the victim from Mr. A, and arrested Mr. A in the act.
Identity verification confirmed that the victim was a minor, and the police took measures to connect the victim to support from relevant organizations.
A police official said, "We are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident."
