KOSPI, After Renewing Yearly High, Holds Steady at 3240 [fn Morning Market]

[Financial News] KOSPI is showing a strong trend after renewing its yearly high in the early session due to foreign buying.
According to the Korea Exchange on the 30th, as of 10:35 AM, KOSPI is trading at 3245.33, up 14.76p (0.46%) from the previous day. Around 10:03 AM, KOSPI rose to 3250.13, renewing its yearly high.
In the securities market, foreigners and institutions are net buying 107.8 billion KRW and 81.8 billion KRW respectively, while individuals are net selling 215.6 billion KRW.
By sector, non-metal (3.26%), electronics (1.24%), and telecommunications (0.94%) are strong, while entertainment/culture (-1.96%), construction (-1.10%), and electricity/gas (-0.83%) are weak.
Among the top market cap stocks, Kia (2.65%), Hyundai Mobis (2.52%), and Samsung Electronics (1.98%) are rising, while Samsung Biologics (-2.71%), Doosan Enerbility (-1.23%), and POSCO Holdings (-0.79%) are falling.
At the same time, KOSDAQ is trading at 807.55, up 3.10p (0.39%). Individuals and foreigners are buying 15 billion KRW and 8.8 billion KRW respectively, while institutions are selling 7 billion KRW.
