"Autumn Interior Preemption" LX Hausys, Participates in 'Korea Build Week'

[Financial News] LX Hausys announced on the 30th that it will participate in the architecture expo '2025 Korea Build Week' held at COEX in Seoul from the 30th to August 2nd, targeting the summer partial remodeling and autumn interior peak season demand.
Korea Build Week is a representative domestic construction, architecture, and interior specialized expo that has been continuing for the 39th year, having changed its name from 'Kyung Hyang Housing Fair' which started in 1986. This year, about 700 companies related to architecture participated.
At this expo, LX Hausys prepared a large-scale exhibition hall with model house spaces composed of popular products such as windows, middle doors, flooring, wall materials, kitchens, and a pet interior theme zone, and over 20 consultation booths.
First, a model house space was prepared with a bezel-less design 'View Frame Window' that secured energy consumption efficiency grade 1 high insulation performance with multi-chamber design, and 'Editone Flooring and Wall Materials' that can create a marble look.
In particular, a 'Pet Interior Theme Zone' was equipped with pet-certified products such as 'X Comfort Flooring' which helps safe pet walking with double cushion layer and slip resistance performance, and 'Diamant Fortis Wallpaper' which is strong against cat scratches.
Also, a 'Finishing Material Matching Table' is operated where visitors can combine various product samples such as flooring, wallpaper, and interior film to create their own interior space.
At the consultation booths, about 40 interior experts from the Jin Square showroom in the metropolitan area are stationed to recommend interiors that fit the lifestyle through one-on-one consultations. A maximum 15% discount benefit is provided to those who visit the exhibition hall, receive consultations, and contract for interior construction.
An LX Hausys official said, "In this Korea Build Week, we will capture those who are preparing for partial remodeling during the summer vacation period and autumn interiors in advance by offering aggressive discount benefits."
