TwoPlatform Launches Multilingual Voice AI 'Sutra Hi-Fi'

[Financial News] TwoPlatform announced on the 29th that it has launched the AI-based multilingual voice generation model 'Sutra Hi-Fi'.
Sutra Hi-Fi supports over 30 languages including Korean, English, Hindi, Vietnamese, and Arabic. It implements natural conversations like humans through ultra-low latency real-time voice synthesis. By delicately expressing emotions, intonation, and speech rhythm, it provides high-quality voice that differentiates from the mechanical feel of existing text-to-speech (TTS) technology.
A representative from TwoPlatform explained that the Sutra Hi-Fi model is a result of expanding the multilingual capabilities of its generative AI 'Sutra' from text to the voice domain, providing a full-stack AI solution integrating natural language processing (NLP) technology and voice synthesis.
TwoPlatform also announced that it provides an AI customer consultation solution utilizing Sutra Hi-Fi. This solution, equipped with multilingual voice automatic response functions, is designed to have AI handle simple inquiries and immediately connect to a consultant for complex or sensitive inquiries. It can respond precisely to various scenarios that may occur in the process of handling industry-specific terminology and customer interactions.
TwoPlatform stated that it has been testing this solution in collaboration with several companies and institutions, including KS Korea Employment Information, since last April. Based on Sutra Hi-Fi technology, an AI voice call bot that responds to multilingual customer inquiries 24 hours a day will be applied within 2-3 months.
Customers can use Sutra Hi-Fi to assist with multilingual voice response and translation consultations, and in the media field, the automatic generation and dubbing of voice content containing various languages and emotions can reduce production costs.
Additionally, it can be applied for immersive voice content creation and educational innovation using AI tutors, improving conversion rates in commerce through product search and recommendation, and for natural language response in healthcare companies for consultations and medication guidance, and user symptom descriptions.
