Police Conduct Search and Seizure at Seoul Detention Center and Correctional Headquarters Over Alleged Job Corruption

[Financial News] The police are conducting a search and seizure at the Seoul Detention Center and the Government Complex Gwacheon Correctional Headquarters.
The Major Crime Investigation Division of the National Police Agency announced on the 28th, "In relation to job corruption within the detention center, we are conducting a search and seizure at the Seoul Detention Center in Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province, and the Correctional Headquarters at the Gwacheon Government Complex from around 9 a.m."
This search and seizure is known to be aimed at confirming the circumstances of job-related misconduct by employees of the Correctional Headquarters.
A police official stated, "As the matter is currently under investigation, it is difficult to provide specific details."
