[Financial News] Dream Insight announced on the 28th that its largest shareholder, CEO Kim Ki-chul, will donate 1.08 billion won worth of treasury shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Association.
CEO Kim plans to donate 490,910 shares, equivalent to 2.92% of the total issued shares, to the Employee Stock Ownership Association composed of employees. This donation to the Employee Stock Ownership Association is intended to boost employee morale and enhance corporate competitiveness through improved welfare.
The shares donated to the Employee Stock Ownership Association will be allocated to the members after being mandatorily deposited for a certain period according to relevant regulations.
