HDC Hyundai Development, Collaboration with Global Company 'LPA' at Songpa Hanyang 2nd

[Financial News]  HDC Hyundai Development is collaborating strategically with the world-renowned landscape lighting design company LPA to win the 'Songpa Hanyang 2nd Reconstruction Maintenance Project'.
HDC Hyundai Development announced on the 28th that it will apply distinctive lighting designs to the exterior of the complex, community, and street landscape through collaboration with LPA. The strategy is to maximize the luxury and premium image of the complex.
Songpa Hanyang 2nd is planned to be rebuilt as a complex with 1,346 households on a site of 62,370㎡ in Garak-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with a maximum of 29 floors.
HDC Hyundai Development plans to create the complex as a landmark of the region through 'light design' that combines emotion and art.
LPA is a global lighting design specialist company established in Japan in 1990, with a philosophy of 'design learned from natural light', and has carried out projects in various fields such as residential, resort, and public spaces around the world. It is particularly known for its unique lighting productions in Japan's 'Roppongi Hills' and Singapore's 'Gardens by the Bay'.
Through this collaboration, LPA plans to participate not only in the lighting design of Songpa Hanyang 2nd but also in on-site supervision during the construction phase to ensure consistency and completeness of lighting quality.
