[Financial News] Lotte Construction is starting the full subscription schedule for 'Gaya Station Lotte Castle Skyel', which is supplied in Gaya-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, on the 28th.
The 'Gaya Station Lotte Castle Skyel', which has been attracting attention for its location in the prime area of Gaya Station with access to the Seomyeon living zone, attracted many visitors after the model house opened on the 25th. Starting with the special supply on this day, first priority subscriptions will be received on the 29th, and second priority on the 30th. The winners will be announced on August 5th, and the official contract will be held for three days from August 18th to 20th.
This complex is notable for its consumer-friendly contract terms. The first contract payment is a fixed amount of 10 million won, with no interest on the interim payment, reducing the burden on consumers. It also offers free balcony expansion, system air conditioning, entrance sliding doors, and two built-in closets, increasing satisfaction for actual residents.
The first priority subscription requirements are for residents of Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, who are over 19 years old with a subscription account period of at least six months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residency periods, and the resale restriction is six months.
As a new complex in the Seomyeon living zone, a representative commercial and living center in Busan, and with its prime location, it is expected to perform well in the sales market. The Busan Metro Line 2 Gaya Station is located right in front of the complex, providing convenient access to major business districts and tourist attractions such as Munhyeon Financial District, Gwangalli, and Haeundae. The Seomyeon commercial district, which represents the downtown of Busan, is located two stops away from Gaya Station, making it an optimal place for actual residence.
In fact, residents can enjoy the infrastructure of the Seomyeon living zone, such as Lotte Department Store, Lotte Hotel, Seomyeon Medical Street, and Jeonpo Cafe Street, as part of their daily life. Within walking distance, there are experiential learning facilities such as the Busan Global Village, which includes an English library and a math culture center, and it also offers an excellent educational environment with convenient access to the academy district located in Seomyeon.
Especially, as Lotte Construction has consistently recorded good subscription results in the Gyeongnam region, including the recently sold Le El River Park Centum in Busan and last year's Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel and Rael S in Ulsan, this complex is also expected to attract attention.
As a residential brand complex of Lotte Castle, a lot of attention has been paid to the product composition. The design achieves a balance between south-facing layouts and a combination of plate and tower types, ensuring sunlight and ventilation. Within the complex, the Castleian Center, equipped with rest areas, exercise, culture, and education community facilities, applying Lotte Construction's landscaping brand 'Green by Groove', is provided to assist with health, leisure, and cultural life after moving in.
'Gaya Station Lotte Castle Skyel' will be built on a site of 3-11 Gaya-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, with a scale of 4 underground floors to 43 above-ground floors, 4 buildings, and a total of 805 units. It consists of 725 apartment units with exclusive areas of 59~84㎡ and 80 officetel units with exclusive areas of 52~69㎡. The move-in is scheduled for January 2026.
The model house is located in the U-dong area of Haeundae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
