Sungsin Yanghoe Implements Company-wide 'Donation Pledge System' for Voluntary Employee Donations

[Financial News] Sungsin Yanghoe announced on the 28th that it has implemented a company-wide 'Donation Pledge System' that allows employees to choose their donation destination and participate through automatic salary deductions.
The system can be easily applied for through the internal HR portal. Employees can select the desired amount and donation destination, and the automatically deducted donation from their monthly salary is delivered to the designated organization. Tax deduction benefits can also be received during year-end tax adjustments. Duplicate applications and cancellations of donation destinations are also possible voluntarily.
Sungsin Yanghoe has already been donating the last digits of salaries through the 'Salary End Collection' activity since 2010. The fund has been used to help social vulnerable groups such as welfare institutions and child medical support.
This system implementation is seen as a measure to manage donations more systematically and transparently, and to expand into social contribution activities that employees can practically feel.
