[Financial News] Umi Estate announced on the 28th that it has signed a 'strategic business agreement for the development and operation of a senior housing business model' with Caring, a domestic elderly care specialist company.
The agreement was prepared to combine the development and operational capabilities of both companies with know-how in age-friendly services to plan and provide a differentiated senior housing model.
The main contents of the agreement include △market analysis and information exchange on the overall senior housing industry △product development and operational cooperation △joint development of financial models such as operating costs and revenue structures △response to public-private partnership projects and consortium formation △joint brand management.
Umi Estate is preparing to launch its own senior housing brand and plan an age-friendly complex, and it is expected to enter the full-scale implementation phase through this agreement.
Meanwhile, Umi Estate is an asset management specialist company of the Umi Group, currently managing 7 complexes and approximately 5,000 rental housing units. Including contracted volumes, the management scale is expected to expand to 13,000 units. Recently, it has been developing senior products based on its know-how in managing rental housing and commercial facilities.
