[Financial News] The Small Business Federation announced on the 27th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) on the 22nd with Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) Agricultural and Fishery Products Online Wholesale Market Division and distribution company Mister Appa for 'Establishing an Agricultural Product Distribution Cooperation System for Neighborhood Markets and Small Businesses'.
This agreement was promoted to establish a cooperation system by linking the expertise of each institution so that small businesses nationwide can supply agricultural and fishery products at more stable and reasonable prices.
The Small Business Federation will play a role in expanding the use of online wholesale markets by its member companies. Mister Appa will stably supply agricultural products to small businesses in neighborhood markets through an AI-based Smart Farm Connection Center.
Kim Seoryeong, head of the Agricultural and Fishery Products Online Wholesale Market Division, said, "This agreement, in which public platforms, distribution specialized companies, and small businesses participate, is the beginning of a sustainable distribution model designed by the public and private sectors," adding, "We will establish an innovative distribution system that directly connects farms and small businesses."
Song Chiyoung, president of the Small Business Federation, emphasized, "I hope this agreement will serve as an opportunity to open supply stability and business expansion opportunities for small businesses," adding, "We will continue to pursue practical win-win cooperation."
