SK Intellix, Free Support Service for Heavy Rain Damage

[Financial News] SK Intellix (formerly SK Magic) announced on the 25th that it will provide free emergency support services for customers affected by heavy rain.
This service is a measure to minimize the inconvenience of customers affected by flooding. Flooded products will be promptly managed free of charge, and if repair is impossible due to complete flooding or damage/loss, they will be exchanged for free.
Additionally, rental fees will be reduced for the period during which products could not be used due to repairs, alleviating the burden on customers. Product damage due to flood can be reported through the integrated customer center. After reporting, a service manager will visit to provide emergency support services.
An SK Intellix representative said, "The nationwide service organization is operating an emergency response system to support customers suffering from the recent heavy rain," and added, "We will do our best to support customers so they can return to their daily lives as soon as possible."
Meanwhile, SK Intellix also provided air purifiers to evacuation shelters for residents suffering from deteriorated air during the wildfire damage in the Yeongnam region last April.
