[Financial News] Actress Hong Su-hyeon returned after meeting children suffering from food shortages in Kenya, Africa with the Milal Welfare Foundation.
The Milal Welfare Foundation announced on the 25th that Hong Su-hyeon will appear on KBS 1TV 'Beyond the Sea Love Season 4' airing on the 27th at 1:30 PM, sharing the story of meeting children in the Kisumu region of Kenya.
'Beyond the Sea Love Season 4' is a program where South Korea's representative celebrities visit children in difficult environments around the world, facing life through their eyes and sharing the value of 'together'.
The Kisumu region in Kenya, visited by Hong Su-hyeon with the Milal Welfare Foundation, is a poverty-stricken area where over 70% of households are facing food shortages. Hong Su-hyeon met three children here who worry about their meals and endure each day, offering her support.
Having closely observed the harsh daily lives of the children, Hong Su-hyeon said, "Help is urgently needed for children who live day by day without anyone to help them," and "I believe change begins where people's interest and hearts reach."
