[Financial News] The Special Investigation Team for Rebellion and Foreign Affairs (Cho Eun-seok Special Prosecutor) began a compulsory investigation into former Prime Minister Han Deok-su on the 24th.
The special investigation team is conducting a raid on the former Prime Minister's residence in Jongno-gu, Seoul, this morning, sending prosecutors and investigators.
Former Prime Minister Han is suspected of involvement and aiding in the illegal emergency martial law declaration by former President Yoon Seok-yeol.
Former President Yoon is also accused of being an accomplice in creating and then discarding a post-martial law declaration to address legal flaws in the initial martial law declaration.
