[Financial News] KCC has embarked on expanding communication with construction material installation dealerships.
KCC announced on the 24th that it held a dealership workshop for the interior and exterior materials business division at its Seocho headquarters in Seoul on the 23rd. During the workshop, they shared sales strategies focusing on the highly inquired sound-absorbing ceiling material 'Myton Sky' and the 'Large-scale Gypsumtex Plus' which enhances construction efficiency, along with operational plans for the second half of the year.
Myton Sky is a high-performance ceiling material with mineral wool as its main ingredient, suitable for spaces where sound environment is important, such as libraries and cafes. It is particularly noted in the school space support project and is actively applied in high school libraries.
As demand for Myton Sky increases in large commercial facilities, including schools and libraries, where sound reverberation needs to be reduced, KCC provided information through the workshop so that dealerships can effectively propose product advantages on-site.
Additionally, there was high interest from participants in the Large-scale Gypsumtex Plus, which improved constructability. This product increases construction speed by more than 1.8 times by enlarging the size by 1.5 times compared to existing Gypsumtex. It also enhances convenience with a single material structure that allows screw fixation at once. It meets fire safety and seismic performance standards.
Previously, KCC held consecutive meetings on the 16th for the interior and exterior materials and on the 21st for the window business division, sharing market status and delivering operational plans by construction material business division. The insulation business division also directly visited clients to conduct meetings.
Jo Gonghun, Executive Director of KCC's Interior and Exterior Materials Business Division, said, "Through the business division meetings, we were able to directly hear the voices from the field and build trust," adding, "We will continue to strengthen collaboration with dealerships to provide differentiated products and services and establish a distribution partnership system that can grow together."
