"APEC Food Truck is Running".. Entering Domestic and International Promotion with '100-Person Relay Interview'

[Financial News]  The 2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit Preparatory Planning Group has embarked on a full-scale promotional campaign 100 days ahead of the APEC opening.
According to the Preparatory Planning Group on the 23rd, a '100-Person Interview Challenge' will be conducted to promote APEC. The 100 participants will share their stories related to the APEC Summit, which is being held in Korea again after 20 years. Anyone can apply and participate through the official SNS channel of the APEC Summit, and the special expectations and voices of support from each person will be revealed through interview videos until the last day of the summit.
Additionally, the 'Traveling APEC Food Truck' will tour the country, offering representative snacks from Gyeongju. The APEC Food Truck, which will be unveiled for the first time at the square in front of Myeongdong Art Theater in Seoul on this day, will travel across the country for the next three months.
The food truck will offer foods such as 'Gyeongju Face Bread' and 'Gyeongju Cookies' that highlight the characteristics of Gyeongju, the host city, and will also operate various events in which citizens can participate, such as APEC quizzes and leaving support messages. In addition, a large banner will be hung on the outer wall of the Government Seoul Complex. The schedule of the APEC Summit will be publicly revealed in downtown Seoul for the first time along with the core message.
To increase international attention, advertisements through major overseas media such as CNN will also be conducted to widely broadcast Korea's hosting capabilities and the message of APEC 2025 KOREA to the world.
A representative of the Preparatory Planning Group stated, "We are focusing all our capabilities on preparing for a successful APEC Summit," adding, "We will ensure that the summit period delivers more than expected in terms of impact and results." The representative further stated, "The 2025 APEC Summit will be an opportunity for Korea, which has become the chair country again after 20 years, to restore international trust and demonstrate leadership, and we ask for a lot of support and interest from the public."
