Markspawn Launches ESG Specialized AI Solution 'GUIDA'

[Financial News] Markspawn announced on the 23rd that it has launched the ESG specialized AI solution 'GUIDA'. GUIDA is an AI consultant developed to address the common issues of lack of ESG specialized personnel and high consulting costs faced by companies.
GUIDA will gradually evolve to support various areas of ESG practice, starting with providing an ISSB report review function. Through this function, users can quickly identify deficiencies and specific improvement directions in the drafted ISSB report. In particular, GUIDA not only suggests directions for manuscript improvement but also proposes implementation tasks to support the substantial improvement of a company's ESG level. Additionally, GUIDA applies a professional prompt-based structure designed by ESG consultants with 20 years of experience, allowing users to receive feedback as if reviewed by an expert without asking separate questions.
As discussions on mandatory ESG disclosures are gaining momentum again, the need for domestic companies to actively prepare for changes is increasing. In this environment, GUIDA is expected to contribute to reducing the burden on practitioners and improving report quality by automatically providing expert-level reviews and guides to understand complex disclosure requirements.

Meanwhile, the EDK platform provides integrated functions that can perform all ESG tasks in one place, including ESG data inventory, ESG disclosure, materiality assessment, gap diagnosis, human rights impact assessment, and ESG goal and task management, in addition to GUIDA's AI review function. Recently, the design-based automatic reporting function has also been upgraded to easily produce visually high-quality reports.
Markspawn is also planning to hold an online webinar on the 24th to introduce the functions and usage of GUIDA as a commemoration of its launch.
