20s who took and distributed 'NewJeans accommodation' internal photos... Fine of 10 million won

[Financial News] A man who illegally entered the girl group NewJeans' accommodation was sentenced to a fine.
Seoul Western District Court Criminal Division 9 (Judge Kim Minjeong) sentenced Mr. Kim (28), who was tried for charges including breaking and entering and theft, to a fine of 10 million won on the 23rd. The prosecution's demand was 10 months in prison.
Mr. Kim was indicted without detention for entering the NewJeans accommodation in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, twice in December last year and stealing items such as hangers and banners. 
On this day, the court acknowledged most of the charges, stating, "Mr. A repeatedly entered the building and took internal photos without consent, posting them on the internet."
However, "The crime location was an accommodation where celebrities no longer reside, so the risk of direct privacy invasion was relatively low," and "△The defendant admitted to the crime during the investigation and showed remorse △No prior criminal record △The theft damage was minor" were stated as reasons for sentencing.
Meanwhile, in August last year, a post predicting a terror attack mentioning specific details about NewJeans' accommodation location was posted on an online community, causing controversy. It has not been confirmed whether the author is the same person as Mr. A.
