[Financial News] BMW Korea announced on the 23rd that it will operate the 'BMW∙MINI Special Customer Care Program for Flooded Vehicles' for customers affected by vehicle flooding due to heavy rains during the monsoon season. This program will be operated at all official BMW and MINI service centers nationwide until September 30.
During the program period, BMW Korea plans to provide free inspections for flooded vehicles and support repair costs that exceed insurance coverage limits. Customers repairing flooded vehicles with their own insurance will receive up to 500,000 won in deductible support.
For customers with total loss flood damage, a 'Special Trade-In Program' will be offered in addition to existing repurchase benefits when purchasing a new car. Benefits can be received if insurance total loss processing and scrapping proof are completed by October 31.
BMW Financial Services customers who receive a no-fault total loss judgment from the insurance company will also have their early termination fees for financial products supported.
