[Financial News] Coway will provide free emergency support services for customers affected by heavy rain.
Coway announced on the 22nd that it has decided to provide free after-sales service for rental products damaged by the recent heavy rain. If the product is completely submerged or damaged beyond repair, it will be replaced with a new product free of charge. For the period during which the product could not be used due to damage, the rental fee will be reduced for that period to minimize customer inconvenience.
Additionally, Coway will establish a service base for flood-affected areas at Dangjin Fish Market in Eumnae-dong, Dangjin, Chungnam, from the 24th for two days. Service managers will visit affected households to inspect and restore products.
Damage reports for Coway rental products can be made through the Coway Customer Center. After reporting, a service manager will visit to provide emergency support services.
A Coway representative said, "To alleviate the inconvenience of customers experiencing difficulties due to heavy rain, we will continue to monitor the field situation with service teams in each region and do our best to support flood recovery."
Meanwhile, Coway is actively conducting emergency services and recovery support activities for customers experiencing difficulties due to natural disasters such as typhoons and heavy rain, including emergency support for wildfire-affected areas in March.
