Integration with 6 Major Recruitment Platforms… “Will Change the Paradigm of HR Work”
[Financial News] JobKorea's recruitment management solution 'Ninehire' will officially launch a feature next month that automatically collects and organizes applicant information. It is expected to greatly improve the efficiency of recruitment operations by allowing integrated management of resume information dispersed across major recruitment platforms.
JobKorea announced on the 22nd that Ninehire has completed a beta test of the 'automatic collection of applicant information' feature with over 100 companies. Ninehire plans to release the official version in August.
This feature automatically retrieves and organizes applicant information scattered across six recruitment platforms, including JobKorea, Saramin, and Wanted. Previously, recruitment managers had to manually organize resumes by accessing each platform, but now data can be retrieved with a single click from a desktop app. Applicant contact information, career and education details, and portfolios are automatically organized, reducing the possibility of input errors or missing information.
A Ninehire representative explained, “By automating the daily repetitive tasks of copying and organizing information, we can reduce the resources of the HR team and prevent data omissions or incorrect entries.”
Over 100 companies that participated in the beta test showed a high satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5 points for this feature. In particular, it was noted that there is no need to enter each recruitment platform separately, and different formats are automatically unified, reducing the time required for organization.
The official release version will include improvements in user convenience and the application of some artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Ninehire plans to sequentially pursue the expansion of linked channels, enhancement of security, and the introduction of AI-based recruitment recommendation and analysis functions.
Seunghyun Jeong, Ninehire's business lead, said, “The automatic collection of applicant information function is a turning point that goes beyond the automation of simple repetitive tasks to change the paradigm of HR work itself,” adding, “We will create a strategic recruitment environment based on data.”
