How about traveling domestically by taxi? Korea Tourism Organization launches tourism taxi and city tour app

The Korea Tourism Organization announced on the 22nd that it has launched a service that allows easy reservation and payment for local tourism taxis and city tours through a mobile app in collaboration with Tmoney Mobility and Kakao Mobility.

The Korea Tourism Organization has made it possible to reserve tourism taxi products on 'TmoneyGO' and city tour products through 'KakaoT' for a total of 24 local governments selected through the 'Public-Private Partnership Tourism Transportation Activation' competition last April.

In addition, to commemorate the launch of this service, a special promotion offering up to 50% discount on tourism taxi products on 'TmoneyGO' from today (until budget is exhausted) will also be held.

Park Hye-eun, a team leader at the Korea Tourism Organization, said, "We have improved user convenience by unifying the reservation and payment of local tourism transportation, which was previously operated sporadically," and added, "We expect this service launch to be of practical help in revitalizing local tourism."

Meanwhile, the Korea Tourism Organization plans to provide city tour reservation and payment services in collaboration with Kakao Mobility through the foreign taxi call app 'K.ride' within the year.
