[Financial News] The Small Business Market Promotion Corporation announced on the 22nd that it held an induction ceremony for new employees for the first half of 2025 at the Credit Union Central Training Institute on the 21st and appointed a total of 85 people as regular employees.
This large-scale recruitment is a measure to quickly execute the supplementary budget of 3.58 trillion won and strengthen the support capacity for small businesses. The new workforce consists of 64 general positions, 20 information technology positions, and 1 safety management position. In particular, the information technology workforce is responsible for the digital administrative transition, and the safety management position, newly established this year, is responsible for strengthening the disaster response system.
After the induction ceremony, the new employees will complete about two weeks of residential introductory training and will be deployed to regional headquarters and centers across the country, including the Daejeon headquarters, to be put into practice.
The training process focuses on understanding the organization's mission and vision and building the basic skills needed for fieldwork. In particular, the curriculum includes artificial intelligence (AI) related courses, covering AI utilization in the public administration field, data-based policy formulation, and AI ethics and security education.
