Enhancing Customer Satisfaction with Cost-Effective High-Value Products
[Financial News] HD Hyundai Infracore has delivered its first 110t-class high-rise demolition excavator to the site. It can operate up to a height of 12 stories, making it optimized for demolishing old buildings in Korea. It boasts high performance relative to its price, expected to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to profit increase.
According to industry sources on the 22nd, HD Hyundai Infracore recently delivered the first unit of the Develon DX800LC-7 High Reach Demolition equipment to a demolition site. This is the first time a 110t-class has been deployed on site.
HD Hyundai Infracore typically sells demolition special equipment to demolition equipment specialist companies. Most of the market uses 60t-class, but the 110t-class was launched at the request of customers. They also have equipment capable of demolishing over 15 stories.
The DX800LC-7 High Reach Demolition can operate up to 38m, equivalent to 12 stories. As many old buildings in Korea are 8-12 stories, it is evaluated as equipment optimized for the domestic demolition market.
It is equipped with a high-weight auxiliary counterweight and a TMI (Total Movement Indicator) system that displays work position, height, and distance data on the monitor in real-time, along with a work radius danger alert sensor and hydraulic expandable automatic undercarriage options, enhancing safety.
A modular joint and quick coupler system are applied, allowing for quick replacement of the front parts such as bucket, boom, and arm according to work height. It is evaluated to reduce equipment conversion time and increase work convenience.
The operator's cabin can tilt up to 40 degrees. It is evaluated as easy to secure visibility in high-rise work. The three-stage front structure also enhances accessibility and work efficiency for high-rise structures.
A representative from HD Hyundai Infracore stated, “To prepare for the increasing demand for demolition equipment, Develon has continuously expanded its lineup by launching models from 68t-class demolition equipment in 2019 to 46t, 130t, and 110t-class models,” adding, “As the No. 1 construction machinery brand in Korea, we will lead in supplying products optimized for construction sites to create a safer work environment.”
Another representative said, “The Develon High Reach Demolition series maximizes work efficiency with high performance while having the best safety specifications,” adding, “We will enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's profitability through high-value products.”
