The total construction cost is about 100.1 billion won.
The project involves creating a luxury residential complex with 178 households from 4 basement floors to 28 above ground floors on a total floor area of 36,000㎡ at 614 Ilwon-dong, Gangnam-gu. The site is adjacent to major roads such as Gaepo-ro and Yangjae-daero, as well as key transportation networks like Seoul Subway's Bundang Line and Line 3 (Daemosan Entrance Station, Daecheong Station, Suseo Station). It also boasts excellent educational districts such as Daecheong Elementary, Jungdong High, and Daechi Academy, as well as a rich living infrastructure with Ilwon-dong hospitals and Gaepo commercial area, making it a prime location even in Gangnam.
Dongbu Construction plans to apply the high-end brand 'Centreville Asterium' to the site, setting a new standard in the premium residential market in the Gangnam area.
