Petite France, '2025 European Village Summer Festa' until the end of next month

Located in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-do, Petite France and Italian Village announced on the 21st that they will hold the '2025 European Village Summer Festa' until the end of next month to celebrate the summer vacation.

This festival, themed 'A Summer Fairy Tale Journey with The Little Prince and Pinocchio', is composed of summer-tailored content that combines performances, exhibitions, and experiences.

The most noteworthy content this summer is the newly installed 'Whale Mouth Adventure Zone' at the entrance of the Italian Village. This facility is an experiential space where you pass through a large whale-shaped sculpture while being splashed by waterfall-like streams, realistically implementing Pinocchio's various adventures inside the whale's belly. 

On the 28th, a special performance by the Italian puppet theater company 'Formicola' will be held on the outdoor stage of the Italian Village, drawing attention. This work humorously unfolds everyday moments to radio music, expressing the fantasy of everyday life performed by a protagonist in underwear through delicate marionette manipulation. 

In addition, Italian Village will host puppet shows 'The Adventures of Pinocchio', hand puppet shows 'Little Red Riding Hood', Venetian mask exhibitions, and sand art, while Petite France will expand its operation of Little Prince-themed content such as world music box demonstrations, sending postcards to The Little Prince, and a commemorative exhibition of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
