LH to Supply 16,000 Units in the Second Half... 12,000 Units to be Supplied in the Capital Region

[Financial News] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 21st that it will supply 16,000 housing units nationwide in the second half of the year to stabilize housing for the homeless and help them own homes.
LH plans to supply about 12,000 units in the capital region, including the 3rd new towns such as Namyangju Wangsuk, to ensure smooth housing supply in the capital region.
In the third quarter, LH will promote the supply of 7,700 housing units in areas such as Namyangju Wangsuk and Gwacheon Jooam districts.
In July, 2,177 units will be supplied in Namyangju Wangsuk district, including 1,776 public sale units (A1, B1, B2 blocks) and 401 newlywed hope town units (A2 block).
In addition, 1,175 units, including 255 newlywed hope town units (A-4 block) and 920 public sale units (A-1 block), will be supplied in Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district, and 1,182 newlywed hope town units (A1 block) will be supplied in Guri Galmae Station district. In Hwaseong Dongtan 2 district (C14 block), 610 public rental units with a 6-year conversion period will be supplied for the first time.
In August, 538 public sale units (A1 block) will be supplied in Uijeongbu Ujeong district, and 686 newlywed hope town units (C2 block) will be supplied in Gwacheon Jooam district.
In September, 295 public sale units (A-2 block) will be supplied in Gangwon Wonju Musil district, along with 405 public sale units (A-7 block) in Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district and 277 public sale units (A-2 block) in Ulsan Taehwa Riverside district. 390 newlywed hope town units will also be supplied in Gyeonggi Siheung Hajung district (A4 block).
In the fourth quarter, 8,200 housing units will be supplied in major districts nationwide, including Gimpo Gochon and Gwacheon Jooam.
In October, △1,130 public sale units in Daejeon Daedong 2 (1 block) △757 public sale units in Cheongju Jibuk (B1 block) △387 public sale units in Gimhae Jinrye (C-1 block), totaling 2,274 units, will be supplied.
In November, △499 public sale units in Namyangju Wangsuk (B-17 block) △1,003 newlywed hope town units in Gunpo Daeyami (A2 block) △393 newlywed hope town units in Namyangju Wangsuk (A-24 block), totaling 1,895 units, will be supplied.
In December, 262 public sale units in Gimpo Gochon 2 (A1 block) and 932 public sale and newlywed hope town units in Gwacheon Jooam (C1 block), totaling 4,090 units, will be supplied.
