[Financial News] Eugene Corporation has introduced the first digital platform in the ready-mix concrete industry and accelerated the digital transformation of the construction industry for co-growth.
According to related industries on the 21st, Eugene Corporation's recently launched 'ConLive' is a digital platform that allows construction companies and ready-mix concrete manufacturers to manage ready-mix concrete tasks through a single platform. It can integrate and manage core tasks related to ready-mix concrete, such as △quality management △dispatch management △general management, in real-time.
In particular, ConLive enables systematic quality management of ready-mix concrete. Construction companies can immediately verify the suitability of ready-mix concrete mix standards upon dispatch through real-time superprint data. Additionally, quality data such as weight values and error rates can be easily checked anytime, anywhere.
The dispatch management function provides real-time mixer truck location tracking and arrival time prediction, and allows for easy dispatch requests or cancellations. When changes related to dispatch occur, they are automatically shared with relevant parties through a messaging function, preventing delays in ready-mix concrete pouring, delivery omissions, and misdeliveries in advance.
Through the general management function, the delivery performance of ready-mix concrete manufacturers, dispatch information by supplier, and message-based communication history can be systematically managed. 
Eugene Corporation has currently linked ConLive with over 100 ready-mix concrete plants nationwide. In this regard, the system's completeness was improved by reflecting requirements from Samsung C&T Pangyo 641 site, Lotte Construction Magok MICE site, and GS E&C Cheolsan Jugong reconstruction site.
Eugene Corporation also obtained a patent for the 'Ready-Mix Concrete Information Sharing System and Method' related to the core technology applied to ConLive on the 4th.
Eugene Corporation has built ConLive as an open platform that can be used not only by specific companies but also by small and medium-sized ready-mix concrete manufacturers and construction companies across the industry. Considering that 85% of ready-mix concrete plants nationwide are SMEs, the introduction of an integrated digital platform like ConLive can accelerate digital transformation and promote co-growth.
