[Financial News] Samsung C&T Construction Division announced on the 20th that it has been finally selected as the contractor for the redevelopment project at 1152 Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. The project involves constructing 14 buildings with 971 households and auxiliary facilities, ranging from 4 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, in the area around 1152 Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, with a construction cost of approximately 450.7 billion won.
Samsung C&T proposed 'Mokdong Raemian Tramezon' as the new complex name. Tramezon is a compound word of 'TRA', meaning center in Italian, and 'MAISON', meaning house, embodying the intention to complete the redevelopment project at Sinjeong 1152 as a landmark representing the Mokdong area, embracing the great nature of Gaenam Neighborhood Park.
The exterior of the complex is designed with a specialized rooftop structure expressed with a curtain wall look and delicate rounding edges, capturing architectural beauty where the city and nature coexist harmoniously. The gate, symbolizing the sun, adds grandeur through its connection with the deck store.
The original design of 16 residential buildings was reduced to 14 buildings, optimizing the layout to allow a total of 578 households to have a permanent view of Gaenam Neighborhood Park. This will enable all members to enjoy the premium of a permanent view.
