[Financial News] Korea Transportation Safety Authority (TS) announced that it conducted the 'Today No Accidents' on-site campaign at the Transportation Center of Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 from the 16th to the 18th.
This campaign was organized to spread aviation security culture by providing guidelines on aviation security safety rules and to increase public interest and participation in the government-wide traffic safety campaign 'Today No Accidents'. About 6000 people, including family travelers, foreigners, and office workers, participated at Incheon International Airport.
On-site, a 'No Accidents Pledge Signing' event was held. A total of about 3200 citizens voluntarily participated, expressing their commitment to a Korea without traffic accidents.
Additionally, events like the 'No Accidents Roulette Game' and 'Insaengnecut', which explore the 'Today No Accidents' safety rules through fun quizzes and games, received great responses.
TS plans to continuously expand the 'Today No Accidents' on-site campaign at major transportation hubs nationwide, such as stations and bus terminals, in collaboration with related organizations and 14 TS regional headquarters to create a 'Korea without Traffic Accident Fatalities'.
Chairman Jeong Yong-sik said, "To create a Traffic Safety Korea, the daily practice of each and every citizen in maintaining traffic safety is essential," adding, "We will do our best to create a Korea without traffic accidents in cooperation with related organizations."
