Lotte Innovate Unveils AI Platform iMember 3.0

[Financial News] Lotte Innovate announced on the 20th that it held the 'Lotte Artificial Intelligence (AI) Showcase 2025' at Lotte Hotel World on the 18th and launched the business-customized AI agent platform 'iMember 3.0'.
Kim Kyung-yeop, CEO of Lotte Innovate, stated, "Lotte Innovate has been leading the AI-based business innovation of the group based on the accumulated capabilities of operating the IT sector in various industries," and expressed his ambition to "make iMember grow into a representative AI platform in Korea through continuous advancement of AI technology."
'iMember 3.0' features a complete redesign of the platform's structure reflecting the 'AI Agent'. A total of 6 core agent services have been applied to 'iMember 3.0', all designed by actively reflecting the opinions of actual work environments and field departments. The embedded agent services include △AI Assistant (Chatbot) △AI Minutes △AI Report △Vision Studio (Image Creation and Editing) △Voice Maker (Voice Generation and Synthesis) △Checkmate (Document Inspection and Review), providing specialized functions for each business purpose.
In particular, the AI Assistant Agent has evolved into an intelligent information platform based on an integration structure with the self-built Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. The search augmentation generation technology is also applied, allowing users to explicitly inject information that the AI should reference when responding by directly inputting documents or web pages. This technology enables more precise and contextually appropriate response generation. The AI Report Agent has also been significantly advanced, with a new infographic automatic generation function applied to enhance the completeness of reports, which were previously text-centered, by considering visual aspects. Lotte Innovate stated, "We plan to expand the AX platform across the entire business in the future and provide customized services based on AI technology recognized in the industry," and "furthermore, we plan to actively expand AI agents specialized in industries and tasks by proposing everything from consulting to development and operation."
