First Distribution of Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupons from Tomorrow... Apply by September 12

Starting from 9 AM tomorrow, the first distribution of livelihood recovery consumption coupons can be applied for online and offline.
 Both online and offline applications in the first week will apply the day system based on the last digit of the birth year.
Depending on the application, 150,000 won per person will be distributed, while 300,000 won per person will be given to the lower-income class and single-parent families, and 400,000 won per person to basic livelihood security recipients.
Residents in non-metropolitan areas (excluding Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi) will receive an additional 30,000 won, and residents in rural population decline areas (84 cities and counties) facing extinction crisis will receive an additional 50,000 won.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 20th that citizens wishing to apply for the livelihood recovery consumption coupons can do so online or offline from 9 AM tomorrow until 6 PM on September 12 for about 8 weeks, and can choose to receive them via credit/debit card, prepaid card, or local love gift certificates.
Online applications are available 24 hours, while offline applications operate from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays during the same period (until 4 PM at bank branches).
However, both online and offline applications in the first week (7.21. ~ 7.25.) will apply the day system based on the last digit of the birth year to prevent system overload and congestion at community centers, and the day system may be extended offline depending on local conditions.
Citizens wishing to receive the coupons via credit/debit card can apply online through the website, app, call center, or ARS of the card company they are using, or visit the bank branch linked to the card to apply, and the consumption coupon will be distributed the next day.
Citizens wishing to receive mobile or card-type local love gift certificates can apply online through the local love gift certificate app or website of the local government in charge of their address, and it will be distributed the next day.
Citizens wishing to receive paper-type (some card-type) local love gift certificates or prepaid cards can visit the administrative welfare center (or community center, town office) in charge of their address to apply and receive the consumption coupons.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety requested local governments to secure at least one offline method per municipality to minimize inconvenience to citizens, and all local governments have prepared local love gift certificates or prepaid cards, but the detailed distribution methods are operated differently according to individual conditions, so it is advised to refer to them for issuance use.
The distributed consumption coupons can be used for more than 4 months until November 30, and residents of metropolitan cities can use them in the respective metropolitan city, and residents of provincial areas can use them in the city or county corresponding to their address.
Citizens who received the local love gift certificates can use them at affiliated stores located in the jurisdiction of the local government where they purchased the existing local love gift certificates, and citizens who received them via credit/debit card or prepaid card can use them at small business establishments with annual sales of 3 billion won or less, excluding some industries.
Meanwhile, citizens with additional questions about the livelihood recovery consumption coupons can receive guidance through the 'Government Civil Service Call Center (Gukmin Call 110)'.
The 'Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon Dedicated Call Center (1670-2525)' and local government call centers, which opened on the 18th, are also available for consultation.
Vice Minister Kim Min-jae stated, "The consumption coupons are the capillaries of our economy for rapid recovery, and we will meticulously ensure that every citizen receives them without omission by cooperating with local governments."
