SR "Check on App and Website"
[Financial News] The high-speed train SRT operator SR (SR) announced that as of 10 a.m. on the 18th, train operations have been suspended in some sections of the Honam Line, Jeolla Line, and Gyeongjeon Line due to heavy rain in the southern region.
The Honam Line is not operating between Gwangju Songjeong and Mokpo, the Jeolla Line between Iksan and Yeosu Expo, and the Gyeongjeon Line between Dongdaegu and Jinju. The Honam Line between Suseo and Gwangju Songjeong and the Gyeongbu Line between Suseo and Busan are operating normally.
An SR official said, "Train operations may vary depending on the heavy rain and track safety inspection situation," and urged, "Please be sure to check operation information in advance through the SRT mobile app and website."
Tickets for sections that could not be used due to the suspension of operations will be automatically refunded without a cancellation fee. Credit card payments will be automatically canceled, and cash purchase tickets can be refunded through nationwide station counters, the website, or the app.
