[Financial News] Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 18th that it has newly introduced the 'WM Daily Brief' service to its customer asset management support solution 'AI Asset Management Assistant' for private bankers (PB).
This service provides PBs with △ key market issues that must be known every morning △ customer asset status △ risk information in a concise and intuitive manner. Through this, PBs can focus on core tasks that enhance customer asset value instead of repetitive and time-consuming information searches.
Recently, in the financial sector, AI is being utilized to enhance employee expertise and customer response efficiency rather than simple task automation. AI refines and summarizes vast and complex data, strengthening the collaboration system where employees develop customer-tailored strategies based on this. For example, Singapore DBS Bank has introduced the AI asset management support system 'iAdvise' to enable PBs to quickly and accurately access information needed for customer consultations.
Mirae Asset Securities has continuously enhanced the AI Asset Management Assistant and introduced this solution as an extension. It is explained that PBs have laid the foundation to understand customer asset status more deeply and respond quickly and proactively at critical moments.
Yang Eun-seok, head of the WealthTech division at Mirae Asset Securities, said, "Through this service enhancement, PBs will be able to invest more time in customer-centered consultations and strategy design, moving away from repetitive verification tasks," adding, "Based on the philosophy that technology exists to enhance customer value, we will continue to develop practical technology centered on customers."
