Wisenut announced on the 18th that it participated in the '2025 Home Shopping AICC Leaders Forum' held at Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok, presenting a CS innovation strategy for post-processing automation of home shopping AI Contact Center (AICC), attracting industry attention.
Jang Ju-yeon, Executive Director of Wisenut AI Future Strategy Division, who was in charge of the presentation, pointed out major difficulties faced by consultants during the consultation process, such as △ repetitive tasks to obtain the knowledge needed to provide the desired answers to customers due to disconnected data and processes between individual systems for post-processing response △ unnecessary communication with numerous partners, and proposed and pre-released the 'B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) AI Agent Service' as a key solution to solve these pain points.
The service, which is set to officially launch next month, is designed to significantly enhance both the accessibility of information and the efficiency and productivity of consulting tasks through AI agents specialized in each work area of consultants, and is optimized to be flexibly applied to various workflows across B2B.
Executive Director Jang emphasized, "The SaaS AI Agent Service is a practical support service that can effectively back up the higher level of expertise and problem-solving capabilities required of consultants in a situation where consumer demand for real-time problem-solving and customized responses is increasing." He added, "Wisenut is focusing on implementing the most effective AI agents as 'human collaborators,' including customers and consultants, and will continue to expand AI agents specialized in various industries, leading AICC innovation."
In particular, at this forum, major domestic home shopping companies such as GS Home Shopping, CJ ENM, Lotte Home Shopping, KT Alpha Shopping, and SK Store participated in large numbers, showcasing the SaaS AI Agent Service by virtually implementing and simulating the actual consulting work environment for them. Through this, Wisenut reported that it simultaneously presented practical field performance and applicability, gaining high interest and empathy from industry practitioners.
