"Trimaje Residents Also Use It" Trustay, Rebrands Residential Management Platform 'Noktown'

[Financial News] Proptech company Trustay has fully rebranded its residential integration platform Home Noktown to 'Noktown' and unveiled its goal to advance as a 'hyperconnected residential platform connecting cities beyond complexes'.
On the 17th, Trustay held its first 'TECH LIVE 2025' media day at Tenex Tower in Pangyo and introduced a dedicated showroom space where you can experience over 30 functions of Noktown. This was followed by CEO Seung-O Lee's Noktown rebranding story and future vision and strategy announcement.
This rebranding changes the service name from the existing Home Noktown to 'Noktown', embodying the expansion beyond residential to community facilities and further into the living radius. △Residential integration platform 'Noktown' △Facility management solution 'Nokzone' △Local commerce connection platform 'Nokplace' - a total of 3 services plan to show infinite service 'scalability' based on the connectivity each service possesses.
Among these, the core service 'Noktown' is a residential integration platform providing over 30 functions to about 500 premium complexes nationwide, including Seongsu Trimaje, and approximately 500,000 households. It features customized solution design considering individual complex situations, community services, and convenience in connecting surrounding commerce. Recently, the 'Noktown Manager App' utilizing computer vision AI technology was also launched, which automates illegal parking enforcement and vehicle identification, enhancing management efficiency.
CEO Lee highlighted Trustay's strengths as the core personnel with long experience and know-how in the proptech industry and differentiated AI technology, stating, "We will continuously create customer services and values that connect the ordinary and extraordinary, like the Noktown travel service launched this June."
He also revealed Trustay's ultimate goal of becoming the 'Global Number One Residential Platform'. CEO Lee said, "Based on the residential ecosystem, we will connect online and offline, and ultimately present a new standard for residential platforms as an integrated smart city platform encompassing energy, administration, safety, and convenience at the city level."
