Dabang announced on the 18th that it received the award in the real estate category at the 'Max Summit Awards 2025', held on the 17th at the El Tower in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for its achievements in offline marketing strategies. This award marks the second consecutive year following last year.
Now in its 11th year, the 'Max Summit Awards 2025' is the largest digital marketing conference in Korea, hosted by the digital ad-tech specialist company Mobidays. Every year, industry experts participate as judges to select and award brands and platforms that have achieved noteworthy results in marketing strategies throughout the year.
Dabang was highly praised for participating in the '2024 Busan International Rock Festival' last October with the concept 'Comfort is Rock' and providing brand experiences while communicating with customers on-site. Dabang, which participated as a sponsor of the Busan Rock Festival for two consecutive years following 2023, operated a 'Comfort Zone' composed of bean bags and dining zones to provide a comfortable experience at the rock festival, naturally associating the brand with the experience of finding 'My Own Space' proposed by Dabang.
In particular, Dabang diversified brand contact points and app inflow by adopting an approach that moves away from online-focused marketing to finding offline spaces where customers gather through the Busan Rock Festival. At the same time, it created meaningful marketing synergy by satisfying the needs of partners, such as festival promotion and providing content to on-site spectators.
The brand booth and content were exposed to over 64,000 festival visitors, maximizing the actual app inflow effect. On-site QR scans and link click inflows increased by 1361% compared to 2023, app opens increased by 360%, and app installations increased by 62%. Additionally, after the campaign video was released on the official SNS account of the brand model Hyeri, it achieved over 450,000 views within 24 hours.
Jang Jun-hyuk, Dabang's marketing director, said, "Winning the 'Max Summit Awards' real estate category for two consecutive years is the result of Dabang's continuous efforts to expand contact points and communication with customers beyond simply providing real estate information," adding, "We will continue to strengthen user-centered brand experiences through Dabang's unique differentiated marketing strategies."
