[Financial News] Ice Cream Edu will participate as a partner in the 'K Data Alliance' led by KT.
Ice Cream Edu announced on the 17th that it signed an agreement for data exchange and joint research to establish a Korean AI ecosystem at the Sofitel Ambassador in Seoul on the 16th.
K Data Alliance is an industry-academia-research council aiming to develop artificial intelligence (AI) based on Korea's unique language, culture, and knowledge. Seven institutions, including KT, Ice Cream Edu, Doosan Digital Innovation, EBS, Hangul Society, Korea University Institute for Korean Culture, and JoongAng Ilbo, participated.
According to the agreement, participating institutions will cooperate in △building high-quality data for Korean AI development △creating leading cases by domain △external cooperation for spreading results △joint research in the humanities and social fields.
Ice Cream Edu plans to jointly promote data construction and AI education business based on its AI technology and educational content, such as small language models (sLLM) specialized in education, knowledge tracing technology (DKT), and customized learning analysis systems.
An Ice Cream Edu representative said, "We will actively cooperate so that AI education based on Korean AI can take root in the daily lives of the people."
