Shinhan Bank Opens Dedicated Virtual Asset Page... First Among Commercial Banks

[Financial News] Shinhan Bank announced on the 17th that it will operate a 'dedicated virtual asset page' in its mobile app 'Shinhan SOL Bank', the first among commercial banks.
The dedicated virtual asset page can be found under the 'Convenience' tab in Shinhan SOL Bank. It consists of real-time virtual asset price inquiries, an introductory guide for novice investors, OX quiz content, and a professional report and news menu.
Shinhan Bank plans to add features that allow virtual asset transactions such as viewing held virtual assets and applying for limit increases, based on the real-name account linkage service with the virtual asset exchange 'Korbit'.
A Shinhan Bank representative said, "We hope you can easily access quality information about digital assets through the financial app and enhance your understanding of overall asset management."
Meanwhile, Shinhan Bank is pursuing various digital asset-related businesses this year, including operating a 'Digital Asset Task Force', testing stablecoin-based overseas remittances, and applying for the trademark of the cross-border payment project 'KRWSH' stablecoin.
