'Cheongna Peak One Prugio' is the first residential complex to be supplied in Cheongna International Business District and is located in B1 block of Cheongna International City, Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. It consists of 4 buildings with 5 basement floors and 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 1056 units of 84㎡ and 119㎡ exclusive area. It is developed by Cheongna Smart City and constructed by Daewoo E&C. The highlight is the open ocean view and city view (in some units) from the balcony of the highest 49 floors.
Cheongna International Business District is being developed on a 144,000㎡ site in Cheongna 3-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a total project cost of 1.7 trillion won. It includes a large-scale residential complex, offices, and commercial facilities, presenting a blueprint for harmonious development with various spaces and designs.
The name 'Peak One' used in the complex signifies the only place (ONE) at the peak (PEAK) of Cheongna International City, encapsulating the location value of Cheongna International Business District. It implies a residential complex that can enjoy the privileges of a completed international business district upon moving in.
The subscription will be held on the 22nd, followed by the announcement of winners on the 25th, and the legitimate contract will be conducted on the 26th.
'Cheongna Peak One Prugio' boasts an excellent transportation environment. It is a superstation complex located about a 5-minute walk from the International Business District Station on Seoul Line 7 (tentative, scheduled for 2027). Additionally, the 3rd Yeongjong Bridge (Incheon Airport~Cheongna, scheduled to open in 2025) and the direct connection plan for Airport Railroad Line 9 (Incheon Airport~Cheongna~Yeouido~Sinnonhyeon), the undergrounding of Gyeongin Expressway (construction starts in 2029, scheduled to open in 2032), and GTX-D·E double metropolitan express railways are underway.
