Bespin Global Acquires AI Company Cognate Nine Specializing in Finance

[Financial News] Bespin Global announced on the 17th that it has completed the acquisition of 'Cognate Nine' from holding company Newberry Global.
This acquisition was pursued to strengthen Bespin Global's capabilities in the financial sector AI business. Bespin Global plans to accelerate market dominance with a generative AI integrated platform that supports business understanding-based AI agentic workflows.
Bespin Global will focus on enhancing the capabilities of AI customer centers (AICC) in the financial sector, maximizing technological synergy with the HelpNow agentic AI platform and PlugNet Plus, and accelerating AI-based digital transformation for financial enterprise clients.
Aju Group is selling its stake in Cognate Nine to Newberry Global while participating as a strategic shareholder in Newberry Global. 
Cognate Nine provides AI managed services to enterprise companies based on an AI managed service framework designed in nine stages, from initial consulting to implementation and operation, for AI adoption. It is carrying out AI transformation (AX) projects for major domestic financial companies such as KB Kookmin Bank, KB Insurance, Lotte Card, and distribution and manufacturing companies like Samsung Welstory and SSG.COM.
Cognate Nine's flagship solution, 'PlugNet Plus,' is an enterprise AI service platform that supports the creation and utilization of AI agents based on agentic workflows. Through the use of multi-AI and multi-large language models (LLM), companies can utilize various AI technologies without being locked into specific technologies.
