[Financial News] The domestic database management system (DBMS) specialized company TmaxTibero announced on the 17th that it has recruited Vice President Myung Yeon-wook as the new head of the technology division, aiming to lead the domestic DBMS ecosystem and strengthen customer trust and technical support capabilities.
Vice President Myung Yeon-wook is an IT industry expert who has built a career spanning over 30 years at companies like Samsung Electronics and Oracle Korea. At Oracle Korea, he oversaw the establishment of customer support centers, the operation of technical support engineer organizations, and support for key and strategic customers, managing the company's overall technical support system. During his tenure as head of the maintenance sales division for corporate, financial, and public sectors, he led the stabilization of each client's systems and increased profitability.
Vice President Myung stated, "To enhance market competitiveness, not only the quality of the product but also a technical support system that is perfectly aligned with the customer environment is essential," and added, "I will significantly strengthen the expertise of the support organization so that TmaxTibero's various solutions can be effectively applied in customer sites."
Specifically, he plans to provide a customer support infrastructure that ensures peace of mind even in mission-critical environments through a complete overhaul of the technical support process, an upgrade of the service request process, and the establishment of a support center.
Last year, TmaxTibero, after parting ways with the Tmax Group, is undergoing significant innovation under the sole leadership of CEO Park Kyung-hee. The strategy is to enhance the technology support system centered on customer satisfaction.
CEO Park Kyung-hee said, "Based on internal and external innovations, we will elevate TmaxTibero to a leading company in the 'K-Database' ecosystem," and added, "Through the recruitment of Vice President Myung Yeon-wook, we will grow together with our customers and quickly achieve tangible results so that customers can experience high-quality products and services."
